We liked sitting at the café during breakfast.

Nothing too much trouble, I do recommend this place and would definitely return. The room is beautifully maintained and there are amazing views over harbour and out to sea. Everyone who works in the hotel is amazingly nice and accommodating.

The staff are very kind, managed the parking nearby. The building is nice and the rooms are beautifully designed and reasonably spacious with 2 bathrooms as well as balcony.

The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, great views plus nice view and had something for everyone.

Excellent location, helpful staff, good breakfasts, family rooms available. Great shops, restaurants, parks, and museums within walking distance. Near transport links and tourist information.

The windows/French windows had only one glass panel. Therefore the noise from the street was really loud - one couldn't discern if the windows are open or closed, always the same noise. But the noise from the street was almost only people speaking and laughing, so not too disturbing for me (but disturbing enough for my colleague - she slept very bad).

the units are fashionable, neat. the staff are exceptionally nice, giving their best to make the stay a such wonderful experience.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the comfortable bed and the friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very comfy and provided a good night's sleep. The staff were always friendly and quick to resolve any issues we had. The blackout curtain in the room was also a bonus, as it effectively blocked out the lights from outside.

The noise, as the hotel is located in the center of town. This meant that it could get quite noisy at times, which was a bit disruptive.

The hotel was centrally located in Santa Cruz close to shops, restaurants and bars.

The breakfast was poor and lacked choice, the room was sparsely equipped and parking is a problem.

Great location near Plaza de Espana. Clean rooms with daily service. Helpful staff. 2-star comfort exceeds expectations. Would gladly return. Gracias!

Ask for a room with a balcony and view of the sea and you will have a spacious room wih a comfortable bed.The breakfast was very good with a great variety of things to choose from.It is in a great location and even though it is a bit aged, has fairly good soundproofing between the rooms.

The wifi connection was not very good and even though my room was very large, it needed to have a desk as there was no where to sit in the room.The coffee machine at breakfast is horrible but the breakfast was very good.So skip the coffee.

It was a good base for short stay. The stay itself was pleasant, the staff was excellent and available. We had a varied and abundant breakfast served in the café. Liked this very good budget hotel, recommend.
